You agree that, in the absence of a written representation agreement, any confidential information submitted to Upton & Hatfield, LLP by means of its website or by any other means (1) does not preclude Upton & Hatfield, LLP from representing another client directly adverse to you; and (2) does not preclude Upton & Hatfield, LLP from using such confidential information against you, in accordance with applicable Rules of Professional Conduct.
