Upton & Hatfield attorney Katie Cox Pelletier will be presenting at the Bradley F. Kidder School Law Conference on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord, New Hampshire.
Katie’s session will focus on investigating complaints of discrimination and harassment in schools, including recent and significant changes to Title IX. As part of her presentation, she will share guidance with New Hampshire school administrators on how to handle investigations with integrity, compliance, and care.
