About
Steven (“Steve”) Goss is an attorney with Upton & Hatfield, LLP, and became part of the firm in 2025 when Martin, Lord & Osman, P.A. joined Upton & Hatfield, where he had practiced since 1994. He advises individuals, families, and business owners across New Hampshire on corporate and small-business matters, tax, estate planning, trusts and estates, probate, and real estate.
Steve earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Vermont Bar Association, and the Coös/Grafton County Bar Association.
Beyond his legal practice, Steve and his wife, Lora, own StoneFen Farm, a 30-acre operation focused on regenerative, sustainable rotational grazing. StoneFen was named 2018 Agricultural Steward of the Year and is developing a grass-fed beef herd to provide nutritionally dense beef to local consumers. Steve is active in the New Hampshire and Grafton County Farm Bureau, Granite State Graziers, and the Bradford Evangelical Free Church.
Steve meets clients in person or via Zoom through Upton & Hatfield’s statewide offices, including Laconia and Lancaster.
