Attorneys Irwin and Burns Speak About Workplace Wrongs

Burns (right) and Lauren Simon Irwin (left) spoke on March 11, 2016 at a Continuing Legal Education seminar sponsored by the New Hampshire Association for Justice. The seminar was called “Workplace Wrongs and the Claims they Spawn.” Attorney Burns spoke about recent New Hampshire legal decisions in the state and federal courts in New Hampshire. Lauren Irwin spoke about her recent verdict in the case of Maureen McPadden v. Wal-Mart, a case she tried in January of this year at the Federal district court in Concord.
