Peter’s practice focuses on serving the needs of for profit and not-for-profit businesses, and healthcare providers and insurers. Peter has extensive experience in business formation and succession, regulatory compliance and legislative representation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and financing, real estate matters, and development and implementation of business strategies. Peter has been a New Hampshire resident since 1976, and he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration in 1981 and from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1984. He also received an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1988.
Peter served as Vice President & General Counsel at Northeast Delta Dental headquartered in Concord, NH, and formerly was a Director and Shareholder at Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green in Concord and Manchester, NH.
