John F. Teague Becomes Of Counsel in School Law

John F. Teague, former partner at Upton & Hatfield, LLP, is continuing on at the firm in an Of Counsel capacity. After 40 years of practicing in school law, Teague is transitioning to mediation work in the school law area, mediating conflicts between school districts or towns which may arise as AREAs dissolve and long term contracts come up for renewal. Teague will also be available for board representation in student discipline or personnel hearings when regular counsel is representing administration.

Teague joined Upton & Hatfield in 1973 and is recognized as one of the leading school law attorneys in New Hampshire. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in the area of Education Law since 2007.
