Upton & Hatfield, LLP Attorney Lauren Simon Irwin will serve as a finalist judge for the American Bar Association's Client Counseling Competition to be held at the University of New Hampshire School of Law on February 9, 2013.

The Client Counseling Competition simulates a law office consultation in which law students, acting as attorneys, are presented with a client matter.  Law students conduct interviews with persons playing the role of the client and then explain how they would proceed further in the hypothetical situation.

Lauren is a partner in Upton & Hatfield, LLP's office in Concord, New Hampshire, where she practices Employment, Education, Civil Litigation, and Human Resource Management law.
