Lauren Irwin and Heather Burns Present Attorney-Conducted Voir Dire to New Hampshire Bar Association’s Federal Practice Section

On February 7, 2013, Lauren Irwin and Heather Burns will present to the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Federal Practice Section on the topic of Attorney-Conducted Voir Dire. Attorney-Conducted Voir Dire is a part of the jury selection process used in civil cases in New Hampshire.

Lauren Irwin and Heather Burns have significant experience using voir dire to select fair and impartial juries in civil cases.  Lauren is a partner and member of Upton & Hatfield, LLP’s Employment, Education, Civil Litigation, and Human Resource Management practice groups.  Heather is a partner and member of Upton & Hatfield’s Civil Litigation, Employment Discrimination and Medical Malpractice practice groups.  Both Lauren and Heather practice in the firm’s office in Concord, New Hampshire.
