Upton & Hatfield, LLP, Attorney Russell F. Hilliard was recently named President of the New England Bar Association at its 42nd Annual Conference held in Woodstock, Vermont. The New England Bar Association is a consortium of the six New England state bar associations, organized to share developments in each state relating to the Bar and the Bench, and to coordinate activities of interest to the region.
