Peter Leberman’s practice focuses on serving the needs of for-profit businesses, not-for-profit organizations, healthcare providers, and families.
Peter has extensive experience in business formation and succession, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and financing, real estate matters, estate planning, and probate/trust administration. Peter practices in both our Hillsborough and Peterborough offices.
Peter has been a New Hampshire resident since 1976. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration in 1981 and from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1984. He also received an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1988.
In his more than 30 years practicing in New Hampshire, Peter has served on committees and boards for more than 20 non-profit organizations, government commissions, and business groups. He currently serves as Chair of the Monadnock Regional Advisory Board of the NH Charitable Foundation, Board Secretary of RiverMead Retirement Community, and Chair of the NH Telephone Museum Board.
When not in the office, Peter can be found hiking, biking, skiing, paddle boarding, at live performances, or exploring some new places and interests.
