Peter Leberman’s practice focuses on serving the needs of for-profit businesses, not-for-profit organizations, healthcare providers, and families.
Peter has extensive experience in business formation and succession, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and financing, real estate matters, estate planning, and probate/trust administration. Peter practices in both our Hillsborough and Concord offices.
Peter has been a New Hampshire resident since 1976. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration in 1981 and from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1984. He also received an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1988.
He has been recognized in corporate law by Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA and been named a New England Super Lawyer for business and corporate law.
In his more than 30 years practicing in New Hampshire, Peter has served on committees and boards for more than 20 non-profit organizations, government commissions, and business groups. When not in the office, Peter can be found hiking, biking, skiing, paddle boarding, at live performances, or exploring some new places and interests.
