Sabrina has over 14 years of experience as a litigation and bankruptcy attorney in New Hampshire and Florida. Representing business and professional clients in court, she gained perspective and skills invaluable to her current transactional practice. Sabrina works to help clients avoid unnecessary litigation by careful analysis and attention to detail from the onset. Her shift to transactional matters derives from the satisfaction of learning about her client’s business operations, challenges, and goals, and then developing legal strategies to help them succeed.
Sabrina also brings additional depth and experience to the firm’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice. She represents creditors in a wide range of matters such as restructure and forbearance agreements, stay relief motions and objections to plans. Examples of the types of creditor clients Sabrina represents are lenders, landlords, financial institutions and trade creditors. Sabrina also frequently serves as local counsel in bankruptcy cases.
