Peter Leberman’s practice focuses on serving the needs of for-profit, not-for-profit businesses, healthcare providers, and insurers.
Peter has extensive experience in business formation and succession, regulatory compliance and legislative representation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and financing, real estate matters, and development and implementation of business strategies. He regularly counsels individuals in pursing new ventures and planning for their future. Peter practices in both our Concord and Hillsborough offices.
Peter has been a New Hampshire resident since 1976. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration in 1981 and from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1984. He also received an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1988.
He has been recognized in corporate law by Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA and been named a New England Super Lawyer for business and corporate law.
In his more than 30 years practicing in New Hampshire, Peter has served on committees and boards for more than 15 non-profit organizations, government commissions, and business groups.
