Jeffrey R. Crocker

After practicing law on a full-time basis for 42 years, effective January 1, 2022, Jeff is reducing the number of hours he devotes to the practice of law to spend and enjoy more time with family and pursue personal interests. Jeff will continue to assist the firm and clients on a part-time basis with select matters focusing on estate planning and administration, elder law, business formation and succession planning, and representing clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

As a lifelong resident of New Hampshire’s Monadnock region, Jeff recognizes the importance of public service, and will continue in his volunteer capacities which have included serving on many non-profit, professional and governmental boards and committees, including the New Hampshire Bar Association Ethics Committee, the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security Appellate Board, the Monadnock Community Hospital Board of Trustees, the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Monadnock Region Board, the Peterborough Planning Board and Economic Development Committee, and the Jewish Federation of New Hampshire Board of Directors.

Jeff will also continue his membership in the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the Cheshire County Bar Association.

Jeff’s commitment to community earned him TEAM Jaffrey's Outstanding Community Volunteer Award in 2002, and the Jaffrey Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year Award in 2019.

Jeff was also a contributing author for the manual, "A Practical Guide to Residential Real Estate Transactions and Foreclosures in New Hampshire," published by MCLE/New England and used by attorneys throughout New Hampshire.

He continues to reside in Peterborough, NH with his wife, Martha, who is a retired New Hampshire Circuit Court Judge. When Jeff is not hiking, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, gardening, or spending time with family, you may find him in the firm’s Peterborough office.
