    Overturned New Hampshire’s Products Liability Statute as unconstitutional. 

  • Chamberlin v. 101 Realty, Inc., 915 F. 2d 777 (1st Cir. 1990)

    A landmark decision involving hostile work environment in a sexual harassment case. 

  • American Red Cross v. S.G. and A.E., 505 U.S. 247 (1992)

    Represented before the U.S. Supreme Court a woman who died of AIDS following a blood transfusion.
