Commercial Real Estate
Jim Raymond in our Concord office has significant experience in handling large commercial transactions, including assisting with financing, developing alternative financing packages and working with both lenders and borrowers. Chuck Grau represents condominium developers, condominium associations and unit owners in all areas of condominium law. He served as chief of the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau, responsible for regulating condominium development throughout New Hampshire.
Residential Real Estate
We provide residential real estate services for many of the local banks, including complete closing packages. When necessary, we assist to clear title defects and work with clients when there are boundary issues or other real estate matters in dispute. Most of our residential real estate work is done in our Hillsborough office under the supervision of Attorney Douglas Hatfield.
