Steven J. Venezia

Steve practices in both our Concord and Hillsborough offices. He focuses his practice on business formation and planning, commercial and real estate transactions, estate planning and litigation related to these areas of practice.

Steve graduated from Northeastern University School of Law. While attending law school, he served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Peter W. Agnes in the Massachusetts Superior Court.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Prior to attending law school, Steve worked at Proctor & Gamble/Gillette in a marketing capacity. Steve’s foundation in the industry complements the work he does with New Hampshire businesses.

Steve is a former Selectman in Hillsborough and serves on the Policy Committee for the Hillsboro-Deering School District. He is the Vice President and Treasurer of the Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Steve is admitted to practice in the states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
