Michael S. McGrath

Michael joined Upton & Hatfield in 2008. His practice focuses on personal injury and insurance law, commercial litigation, employment law issues and family law. In addition to being a member of the Board of Governors of the New Hampshire Association for Justice, his other affiliations include New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations, Manchester Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.

Michael received the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors Award in 2004. Michael has been a speaker at a number of Continuing Legal Education programs for attorneys. He is the author of “The Automobile Injury Case for Paralegals in New Hampshire,” published by the Institute for Paralegal Education NBI, Inc. (2000), and “Child Support Liens,” published by New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association (2005 & 2010).
