 Gary focuses his practice on representing individuals and their families who have been injured as a result of medical malpractice or other negligence.
With more than 37 years of experience as a trial lawyer, town moderator and legislator, Gary is well-positioned to represent clients against powerful, special interest groups — with the depth and firm resources to handle complex, protracted litigation.

A frequent guest speaker at CLE programs on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation, Gary has received Martindale Hubbell's highest rating for ability and ethics and has been listed in Woodward/White's The Best Lawyers in America® in medical malpractice since 2007 and personal injury law since 1995. He is a member and former president of the New Hampshire Association for Justice and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
He is a certified mediator with the New Hampshire Superior Court. He has a Martindale Hubbell AV rating.
